Manage your inventory using the Kanban board, add new vehicles, and track photo documentation.
The Kanban Board
The core of CarFlow is the visual Kanban board. This board gives you a high-level overview of every vehicle in your inventory and its current stage in the reconditioning process.
- Columns: Represent different stages (e.g., In Transit, Inspection, In Shop, Detail, Front Line Ready).
- Cards: Represent individual vehicles. Drag and drop cards between columns to update their status.
- Badges: Each card displays important information, such as pending repair tasks, total costs, and time in stage.

Adding a Vehicle
You can add vehicles to CarFlow manually or automatically via the Frazer sync.
Manual Entry
- Click the Add Vehicle button on the Kanban board.
- Enter the VIN. CarFlow will automatically decode the VIN to populate the year, make, and model.
- Fill in the purchase price, stock number, and current mileage.
- Click Save to add the vehicle to the initial column.
Photo Documentation
Keeping a visual record of a vehicle's condition is crucial for transparency and damage tracking.
- Open a vehicle's detail page by clicking on its card.
- Navigate to the Photos tab.
- Upload photos of the exterior, interior, and any existing damage before repairs begin.
- You can add notes to specific photos to highlight areas of concern for your mechanics or detailers.
