Team Management
Manage user roles, invite new team members, and ensure everyone has the correct access permissions.
Inviting Team Members
CarFlow works best when your entire team—from the front office to the back shop—is connected.
- Navigate to Settings > Team.
- Click Invite Member.
- Enter the team member's email address and select their role.
- An invitation link will be sent to their email.

Understanding Roles & Permissions
CarFlow offers four distinct roles to ensure data security and operational efficiency:
- Administrator: Has full access to the workspace. Can manage billing, global settings, and invite/remove any user.
- Manager: Can add/edit vehicles, approve repair costs, view all reports, and assign tasks. Cannot access billing or delete the workspace.
- Mechanic / Technician: Can view assigned tasks, upload receipts, and move vehicles across specific Kanban columns (like "In Shop" to "Detail"). Cannot view financial profit margins or delete vehicles.
- Sales / View-Only: Can view the Kanban board and vehicle statuses to know what inventory is coming soon. Cannot edit vehicles or tasks.
