CarFlow includes 7 standard reports to help you track costs, identify bottlenecks, and measure team performance.

- Average Reconditioning Time: Measures the total time from vehicle purchase to hitting the front line. Identify which stages cause the biggest delays.
- Total Spend per Vendor: View how much you're spending with each parts supplier or external vendor over a specific period.
- Cost per Vehicle Class: Compare repair costs across different vehicle types (e.g., sedans vs. trucks) to guide purchasing decisions.
- Mechanic Productivity: Track how many tasks each technician completes per week and the average time taken per task type.
- Pending Approvals: A quick list of all receipts or tasks waiting for managerial approval.
- Aging Inventory: Highlights vehicles that have been stuck in the reconditioning process for longer than your target timeframe.
- Profitability Estimate: Combines purchase cost and total repair cost, compared against projected selling price (if Frazer sync is enabled), to estimate gross profit.
Exporting Reports
All reports can be exported as CSV or PDF files. Simply click the Export button in the top right corner of any report page.
