Frequently asked questions.

What devices does CarFlow run on?
CarFlow runs on Android, iPhone and iPad, Windows desktop, and the web. Everything syncs in real time, so your data stays current across every device.
Does CarFlow work offline?
Yes. You can view vehicles, update stages, take photos, and add receipts with no signal. It all syncs automatically when you are back online, and conflicts sort themselves out.
How do I invite my team?
As the owner, open the Team screen and generate an invite code. Share it with your people and they enter it when they sign up. Invite codes expire after 7 days.
Can I change my subscription plan?
Yes. The owner can switch plans from the account portal or in the app. Upgrades take effect right away, and downgrades apply at the end of the billing period.
How do I delete my account?
Delete it from Settings, Account, Delete Account, or email support@carflow.vin. Our Data Deletion page covers exactly what happens to your data.
What reports can I run?
Seven: vehicle cost analysis, monthly summary, vendor spending, employee activity, profit analysis, repair-time tracking, and floor-plan audit. Professional and Enterprise plans export any of them to PDF or CSV.
